Gutters and Roof Tiles Delivered - Day 41

Our 1st Invoice for Slab Completion Claim has been processed by the bank. Just received the 2nd Invoice for Frame Stage Completion. Last Wednesday, 10 December, when I checked, the Roof Trusses are not in place yet so I called up my Site Supervisor who informed me that due to rainy weather, the tradesmen were not able to put up the roof truss yesterday. Weather permitting, they will do so on Thursday or Friday.

Checked the weather forecast and more rainy days are ahead until Sunday. Will go to the site this Saturday to see how things are going so far. I hope that they have put up the roof trusses by then, or else I won't pay them the Frame Stage completion claim.
