Brimbank Gardens Overview – Day 8

Brimbank Gardens is a prestigious land estate development in the City of Brimbank by Peet and Company. Containing some 2000 lots, including king-size homesites over 1000 square metres (quarter-acre), the estate is just 17 kilometres from the city. The estate will have its own schools and shops, with additional schools and educational facilities just a few minutes away. Rail and bus transport is practically on the doorstep. Apart from the estate’s own parks, Sunshine Public Golf Course, Port Phillip Bay and beaches are a short drive.

The child care centre is now operational and within the estate a Catholic and a government school will be built in the near future. Just outside the estate, a major supermarket chain will be built. Deer Park bypass, due for completion in 2009 will significantly reduce the travel time to the City. There's also a bus which now passes through the Estate from Laverton to Sunshine.
