The lockup stage - which includes Roof Cover, Insulation, Brick, Eave Material, Windows, Fascias & gutters, temporary doors - is finished and we're now into the Fixing Stage.

Also found that internal walls and ceilings are about 90% done so we might see within the following days work to be carried out by the carpenter, plumber, electricians. We hope to see the kitchen and vanity installed soon.

Meanwhile, we have received the Invoice for Stage3/60% completion.

We're getting excited now, looks like it won't be long before the house will be completed (fingers crossed).
