New land release will capture hearts this Valentine's Day

The release of 19 new homesites at Brimbank Gardens in Derrimut is set to get homebuyers' hearts racing this Valentine's Day.

The first lots in Stage 31A, released on 14 February 2009, are the first offered at Brimbank Gardens this year and follow strong interest in the estate over the past few months.
