Minor Defects

Paint discolouration near Ceiling Cooling Vent in Family Area, not sure if this may have been caused by leaking roof?

There’s a noticeable gap in the brick on top right side of the garage (Strapping on FC Sheet Infill)

Bricks in side of garage were dirtied by the contractors doing works on the adjacent lot.

Alfresco area near Lounge/Kitchen no bricks were laid yet.

There’s a noticeable gap in the left shelf beside oven space and it’s shaky/unstable.

There’s an ugly hole in one of the walls it’s either in Bedroom 3 or Bedroom 4

Ducted Vaccum Outlet , please note noticeable excess cut on plasterboard, this is near the door in Bedroom 1.

Practical Completion Inspection (PCI) Scheduled - Day 126

We're getting excited now. Just got a letter from the builder regarding PCI scheduled in early April.

When we visited the site, there's still some work which are not finished such as timber flooring, internal door knobs, alarm, plumbing, electrical outlets, TV & phone points, sound system, shelves, shower but we're thinking they still have 3 weeks to complete all of these before the scheduled Inspection.

We're paying 85% of the loan now so it's in our best interest to move in as soon as possible.

Can't wait to hear from our Site Supervisor.
